Power Push Plowing · Commercial accounts only

Parking lot snow removal in Orange County.

A plowed parking space is not enough if customers cannot reach it or delivery vehicles cannot turn. Power Push reviews the whole commercial lot, from the street entrance to the building approach, before proposing parking lot plowing and ice management.

Start with the routes people actually use.

Bring a lot diagram or aerial view to your site review. Mark entrances, exits, drive aisles, loading doors and the crossings between parking and the building. A retail lot with customer traffic throughout the day needs different priorities from an office lot with a concentrated morning arrival.

Identify areas that must remain accessible while other areas are being cleared. Opening hours, occupied parking and delivery windows help define the proposed sequence. These priorities belong in the written scope, not just in a conversation during the first storm.

Choose snow placement before the lot fills.

Snow storage competes with parking capacity. Review candidate placement areas with management before winter and flag locations that would obstruct sight lines, pedestrian routes, loading access or drains. A spot that works for one event may become restrictive after repeated storms.

Ask what happens if agreed storage areas reach their practical limit. Snow relocation, additional clearing or other changes should be discussed with the contractor, including availability and any separate charges. Do not assume off-site hauling is included in ordinary plowing.

Connect plowing with pedestrian access.

Include the path from the parking area to the entrance in the review. Sidewalks, crossings, steps and shared walkways may require a different clearing method from the vehicle lanes. Clarify which surfaces are included and which are maintained by tenants or another provider.

Salting and deicing should also be discussed separately from snow clearing. Known drainage issues, shaded surfaces and refreeze concerns are useful details to share. No contractor can promise that every outdoor surface will remain ice-free throughout a winter event.

Can an occupied commercial lot be included?

Yes, occupied parking and business hours can be reviewed when developing the proposed scope. Discuss how blocked spaces will be handled and whether return visits are included. Final service availability, timing and scope depend on site review and conditions.
