Power Push Plowing · Commercial accounts only

Warehouse and industrial snow removal.

Industrial sites run on schedules that do not stop for weather. Power Push reviews truck routes, dock approaches and employee parking at Orange County warehouses and facilities so the winter scope matches how the site actually operates.

Map the truck routes first.

Trailers need wide turning paths, clear approaches to docks and space to stage. Mark entry gates, truck courts, trailer parking and the routes drivers use to reach each door.

Share expected delivery and pickup windows, including overnight activity. Those windows shape when clearing is most useful and which areas should be prioritized.

Plan around shift changes.

Employee parking and walkways matter most just before a shift begins. Tell the contractor when shifts start and end so priorities can be discussed in the proposal.

Include the paths from parking to time clocks and employee entrances, along with any emergency exits that must stay accessible.

Account for large open areas.

Big paved areas can produce large volumes of snow. Identify where snow can be placed without blocking docks, fire lanes, hydrants or drainage, and discuss what happens when storage space runs short.

Parked trailers and equipment can limit clearing. Share any areas that must be cleared around stored equipment and who can move it when needed.

Can service happen during overnight operations?

Overnight activity can be discussed during the site review. Share your hours and traffic patterns so the proposed scope reflects them. Availability and timing are confirmed after review and depend on conditions.

Planning ahead beats reacting late.
